This was my first experience eating at a restaurant since my celiac diagnosis, and it was wonderful! I felt so normal! The staff are well educated and take precautions for those that are gluten-free. My server told me she also has celiac and gave me her recommendations, she went over how they have their own dedicated fryer for their fries (including yam fries), but that they couldn’t guarantee to be safe 100% from cross-contamination in other areas of the kitchen. I took the risk and thankfully had no symptoms. Another plus is that the food was also delicious! Will definitely be back.
