Trail Rider Pizza

Great pizza. They have been rated very high for best gluten free pizza. They make their own crust in house and bake it in a separate oven. When you tell them you need gluten free they ask if it is an allergy or preference, this dictates how vigilant they are with cross contamination. Friendly and delicious, great combination.

The best GF pizza dough ever!! They take GF seriously and prepare it separately-this usually takes 40mins to 1.5hrs if they’re super busy. I will always agree to wait longer if it means they’re being careful. They also have an option for baked wings so we usually order some as an appetizer even though that also takes a long while. They check every time if it’s for an allergy and let me know the wait. They have cider that’s gf and burgers/sandwiches which I have only had once because I was too hungry to wait on the pizza. Their fryer is not gf so I always skip anything that goes into that.
