Can't say anything about cross-contamination, really. But I can say they make their pizza crusts OUTSIDE the kitchen in its own space near the bar. So it's in the air. There's not a pizza option; I'm just saying the gluten from the pizza will be in the air around the kitchen and the oven. If you're super sensitive, stay away. The pork chop I had was delicious! A+ gold star for that! And I did not get sick.
