Asked the waitress what was safe and she seemed annoyed and confused. She offered the Pho and said it “should” be safe because it has rice noodles. She also said they had egg noodles “if that would work for me” which we all know most egg noodles are made with flour. I asked her if she would mind double checking and she went to the back to ask. Let me know the pho was safe with rice noodles. I reluctantly ordered the beef pho and luckily it didn’t make me sick but I probably won’t be back because I did not feel safe eating there. Plus the pho just wasn’t good. It was bland and it came out just slightly warmer than room temperature. The meatballs were cold in the middle.

Cute little Vietnamese restaurant, kind extraordinary and modern. The owner was very knowledgeable about gluten free diet. Almost everything on the menu are gluten free, except the sandwiches and fries spring roll (brushed hoisin sauce after fried). We ordered fried chicken(used rice flour batter), shrimp chips, beef pho noodle soup, grilled pork with rice and pork noodle salad, and tropical fruits and jelly as desert. All dishes were delicious. No reactions afterwards (celiac).
