I have Celiac disease and made them aware. Both the Shrimp on a Shingle and the Maple and Horseradish Mahi Mahi tested positive for gluten with the Nima Sensor. Very nice place and people, but I do not recommend it for Celiacs.

Surprise-surprise-surprise...I’m not real familiar with restaurants that offer Gluten Free in OKC. Most of the rated GF places are closer to downtown. This was a TERRIFIC find and I didn’t have a reaction. WOO-HOO! I had a Caesar salad (muy bueno) , shrimp on a shingle (so full of tastebud tickling flavor) and garlic mashed potatoes (you can’t go wrong there). Everything was SO tasty...no sauce or extra seasoning required. I’m sure I will return this trip. Thank you Trappers for making gluten free so flavorful! - PS: they do have a separate fryer for French fries...but they use peanut oil...info for us freaky food allergy people.

Has a GF menu. wasn't impressed with Yellow Rice but the prime rib and mashed potatoes were good. they have GF dressings for their ice Berg salad
