We found this restaurant on the Find Me Gluten Free app. It had a good review and was conveniently located after a day of travel so we thought we would give it a try. I was a little nervous at first because I wasn’t sure the staff really understood what I was talking about when I asked for celiac-friendly gluten-free pizza. But they came to our table with the frozen crust that they use for gluten-free pizza and showed me how they use a foil pan to cook it. I ordered the Medina toppings and the pizza was delicious. The flavour was very unique and the quality of ingredients was very good. They could have cooked the crust a little longer, because it tasted better on the parts where it was more cooked than on the parts that were less cooked. My husband had pizza with a regular crust and was very impressed with it. The staff tried hard to accommodate my Celiac dietary needs. And as I did not get sick I give them 2 thumbs up! The experience as a whole was just average though. Nothing to write home about.

Had an excellent gf pizza caprese here. It isn't advertised on the menu, but they do gf pizza and pasta if you ask for it. I don't know what they do to prevent cross contamination, but I am coeliac and did not have a reaction.

Was taken here as part of our tour group's farewell dinner. They were told of my GF needs and my vegan friend, and they did not disappoint. We received special appetizers and delicious gluten free pizza for me, and a chocolate mousse dessert that was sinfully good. It was so yummy we went again the next day before leaving town for more pizza. Tons of choices and they cook the pizza in a pan in the wood oven so it still gets good and crisp with no cross contamination.
