There were gluten-free options listed on the menu with additional gluten-free foods that could be purchased (gluten-free pasta, breadcrumbs, etc.). The waitress was able to answer questions about accommodations and smoothly referred to the chef for confirmation. They were able to specially make fettuccine alfredo gluten-free for me and bring out gluten-free bread along with the regular bread for the table. They even brought me my own dipping oil without prompting. Gluten-free chocolate lava cake was delicious as well.
