Review of TREFORNI

They have a separate little room and wood fired oven that are labeled gluten free so had high hopes. The GF pizza was tasty but we had observed that the cook was using the same paddle to handle pizzas in both the GF and regular ovens and we brought it to their attention. We saw the owner talk to the cook about it and our waiter told us that they had 'taken care of it' (hm oven likely still contaminated). Was glutened :-( so will not be going back. Am a celiac. Should have switched to a salad!
