Review of TREFORNI

This is the best GF pizza in Durham. It's a local place with high quality food. This is one of the few places I have ever been that doesn't just offer gluten free pizza so that they can check another box they actually care what it tastes like! Also I'm not sure what the last review is about but they do in fact have a separate oven and an entirely separate room that they prepare all their GF pizzas in. Perhaps the waiter/waitress was new?
