Review of Tres Hombres Mexican Grill and Cantina

There is one waiter who's partner is Celiac and he is always very on top of knowing about the whole menu. Most of the staff are aware of what items do and do not contain gluten. There chips are only fried with chips and are truly gluten free. Their red sauce does not contain wheat flour which is awesome. I love cheese enchiladas so I usually get those with the red sauce and eat my body weight in chips. I eat here relatively often and haven't gotten sick so long as I let them know I'm Celiac and it has to be gluten free
