Review of Trey Yuen

Very easy to order gluten free here! the waitress wasn't sure what to do, so she asked another employee and he said I could order anything gluten free. I don't fully believe ANYTHING, because a lot of stuff is breaded or includes noodles, so I went with beef and broccoli. My understanding is they just use gluten free soy sauce. It tasted as good as the regular version. I'm only testing a gluten sensitivity at the moment though, so as a celiac or someone truly needing to avoid gluten, you may have to ask more questions than I did!
