The menu they give you is marked with gluten free items. They can also make any stir-fry dish gf with their gluten free soy sauce. I had egg flower (egg drop) soup with Tong Cho Chicken- the chicken was battered with corn starch and fried separately. The chef even came by and explained their process to me. Informed me of their rice noodles they use for “pasta style” dishes. FRIENDLY and fast waitress and everyone acknowledge my “gluten free” plate!
