Gluten free bread for breakfast! They clearly ask if you have an allergy, and if you are celiac they just don’t toast the bread. Not a crazy selection, but it’s very tasty and has plenty of beverage options. Also, it doubles as a bookstore.

Wonderful! The food was very tasty and the servers were very knowledgeable on celiac disease. While the order online feature did not specify which items were gluten free, the servers were able to explain which items could be made gluten free. Moreover, the order section allowed you to specify your allergy and customize your order so many items could be made gluten free. Definitely recommend!

Some of the best GF tacos i’ve had! Had no issues with explaining my allergy.

While I’m not celiac, I have a a severe gluten allergy. When you dine in at trident, you order everything from your phone (no server ever comes over until they deliver your food). I ordered eggs Benedict with gluten free bread. My friend ordered the same with “regular” bread. The server brought out my food and handed it to me. I asked if it was gluten free and he told me yes. It didn’t look like it so I asked if he could confirm with the kitchen? He told me again it was gluten free. My friend’s meal comes out and low and behold, it’s on udis GF bread. Luckily I waited because I was nervous, but be weary!!!

Ate brunch here recently and did not get sick. I’ve had their takeout a few times too. When you go in person you order through and app and people who don’t know what you ordered deliver the food, though, which I dislike. I wish the people who bring your food would note that it is gluten free when it comes to the table. Food is really yummy though!

menu claims to be accommodating for gluten free, but is insanely not so. we ordered a grilled cheese and instead of cleaning the grill to avoid cross contamination they served us an i toasted cheese sandwich. this 2 pieces of bread, 2 slices of cheese, and 2 tomatoes was $12

There are very limited options that are actually celiac friendly, as the meats are fried with the bread according to my waitress?? (This was confusing to me). I ended up getting the breakfast bowl with rice, eggs, and Beyond sausage. The food was just OK — a lot of the gluten eaters felt the same way too.

Lots of options, not sure how safe the kitchen is
