Trike Thai Noodles

Trike Noodle (Three Wheel) is AWESOME! We are always greeted by Tom who is the nicest and most helpful! There are gf options listed on the menu, but Tom is also great about modifying other dishes to make them work for you. And they just got gluten free soy sauce so they can make much more gluten free than what’s listed on the menu. I am only gluten sensitive (not celiac or allergic or anything like that), so I don’t know what their policies are about cross contamination and whatnot. But I know they are incredibly considerate and would be happy to answe me questions for you if you give them a call. Oh, and the food is absolutely delicious. One of my favorites in Chicago!!!
