I am so glad I made the trip into this BBQ location. The owner is very knowledgeable about their ingredients and happy to make special accommodations just to suite our dietary restrictions. A lot of the menu is also dairy free. The selection went beyond typical BBQ menus with gluten and dairy free brussels sprouts and green beans just to name a few. What an amazing menu and experience. We will be frequenting this establishment.

Review
The owner is also the cook, and is very knowledgeable about gluten and what I could and couldn't have - and took care to prevent cross-contamination for me. To top it off, they serve some of the best BBQ nachos I've had since eating the originals at Autozone Park in Memphis.

The owner (wife) is GF. They are very conscious of cross-contamination. All meats are GF. All sides (except Mac n Cheese) are GF. One dessert is GF. Their ribs are the best I have ever eaten!
