I’ve dined at Tris twice now and had an excellent experience. Our waiter took the gluten restriction seriously and checked with the chef on everything I ordered. I had the goat cheese appetizer with GF toast, which was delicious. I’ve also had steak, salmon and the sashimi appetizer. They even brought out ice cream and caramelized bananas for my dessert as the GF dessert options are limited. Ask for Jose as your server. He was great!
