I didn’t order anything with gluten and had no issues. There wasn’t a gluten free menu but there were plenty of gluten free items. I’m not sure how they were about cross contamination but I had no flare ups. My flare ups typically happen within minutes of ingesting gluten.

Again, not sure about how safe they seemed to be so I don’t know how safe it would be if you’re celiac, but with hashimitos I had no issue!
