Tropical Dreams Hawaiian Gourmet Ice Cream

I was a little hesitant because nothing was obviously marked but when I asked the worker knew immediately that the chocolate wasn’t GF because it contained malt. She had the printed ingredients close by and handed them to me without me asking so I could double check any ice cream. I had the Tahitian Vanilla, very unique vanilla.

The girl behind the counter knew what celiac was, easily rattled off which ones I couldn’t have, and offered to show me the ingredient list for the flavors I chose without my having to ask. Also, it’s fantastic ice cream. Thick, like gelato, but doesn’t leave behind the buttery feeling in your mouth. Awesome!

Most flavors of icecream here were gluten free and they gave great service. They clearly checked the icecream ingredients so I could be confident there was no gluten and washed the scooping tool (without me asking) to make sure there were no traces.
