Owners and staff were very knowledgeable about Celiac disease and take precautions to prevent cross contamination. A new, washed (soap and water) and sterilized ice cream scooper is used for each type of ice cream and never used in more than one ice cream bucket. Flavors are clearly labeled GF on each tag.
