Waitstaff had no knowledge of gluten free. Serving size was huge. Both my husband and I got sick and his stomach issues had nothing to do with gluten. I don't think we were glutened and IDK what we ate that made us sick. I had ribs & he had pulled pork.
They do have a self serve pull wall that was amazing. Many cider offerings.

They now have GF buns. The manager is very knowledgeable, and shared that all BBQ sauce and spices are GF. They do use a shared frier for the home made potato chips.

Trotters is a great BBQ place! They are currently trying to find a good gluten free bun to use. Buns are coming in the near future!! For now, definitely get something without bread. The dry rub is safe but may be cross contaminated. I have celiac and I am fine after eating the ribs! Definitely a great BBQ place to eat at!!
