I'm a dairy- and soy-free celiac who also avoids pea protein. (Didn't see any pea protein in my choices, but there are other beany ingredients in some of the cookies.) The knowledgeable owner baker narrowed down my choices with me and had me check ingredient labels before I paid. So thoughtful! The best deal is to buy a dozen (in any assortment!). They're frozen and thaw quickly. I eat half of a cookie because they're big and sweet. (He doesn't skimp on sugar by adding filler ingredients.)
