I’ve not given up on this place because when I stick to my usual order, everything is fine, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating! If I try to branch out then I have had some issues. I am starting to wonder if the grill is cross contaminated, maybe by pita, after reading other reviews. My usual order is Chicken souvlaki entree, no pita. I would have your server tell you what is and is not safe given your condition and ask questions about that grill.

My wife is Celiac. We have had no issurs with being gluted. However, you must underline that you have an allergy and do not want pita bread placed on top of your entree. This unfortunately has happened 3 times. Make sure you really want no pita bread placed on top. Other than that, the meals are delicious and safe so far.

I came here tonight with my husband and his friend as we were on the hunt for somewhere to eat that I would be able to eat safe. Our server was amazing - I let her know I have celiac disease snd she told me her best friend has it and she would make sure to let the kitchen know not to cross contaminate. She went over everything I could eat. I got the beef souvlaki. Instead of char boiling it they pan fried the beef for me in a seperate pan. It was delicious and I didnt get sick. I'm definitely going back.
