Dedicated gluten free cafe, that is also dairy free and primarily vegan. They do serve eggs. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. I will definitely be returning.

Brought the whole family. Two kiddos have celiac and one a gluten sensitivity. All enjoyed their wraps, bowls and smoothies! Highly recommend. I have an egg allergy so it was nice to have the tofu scramble option!

Found Troy’s on the app and drove a little out of our way to come here because dedicated gf spots are not that common. I ordered a couple meals to go and have loved having great options while traveling. The smoothie the kids got was so good they are still talking about it :)

I found this restaurant on the app and decided to come try. Everything is gluten-free and dairy-free which made ordering much more fun. I tried the Power PB&J smoothie and the Thai Dye bowl. Space is pleasant and well lit and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The smoothie was great with chunks of fruit in it and the bowl was delicious with plenty of veggies and a yummy peanut sauce. I’ve never been a big fan of tofu, but decided to try it and their marinated tofu is great - crispy on the outside and well flavored with the sauce.

This entire place is Celiac safe. The egg bowls are delicious, and you can’t go wrong with a green smoothie. They have a pastry chef who makes the most incredible GF and vegan donut you’ll ever have. The owner and staff are also super friendly and happy to offer their favorite recommendations. There is a second express location in Derry as well!

MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE!!!! Such an amazing feeling to order anything off the menu with confidence I wont be sick. Tried the eggs Benedict bowl, OG acai, cold brew, banana peanut butter wrap. So happy with the food. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cant wait to come back. My only complaint is I wish you were closer to Boston!

This is a good restaurant with a variety of food choices for anyone. Good options for juices, coffees, bowls and salads. Was visiting a friend that lives nearby. Will go back again if I’m ever in the area. Dedicated gluten free.

A lovely little cafe! Food is delicious, entirely gluten free, and everyone working was extremely friendly. They also allowed me to build my own bowl which is amazing because I have some other food sensitivities. Definitely recommend!!

This place is awesome! It's a dedicated gluten free facility, so it's really nice to be able to order anything off the menu. I've eaten here twice so far. The first time I got a blueberry coffee cake muffin, a StrawNana smoothie, and a chick salad wrap, and today I got a raspberry chocolate chip muffin, a blueberry pancake smoothie, and the sunshine breakfast wrap. The food is so good, and it's vegetarian with vegan options. It's a little pricy but the portions are very generous (the wraps are large enough for two normal people to share - I eat a lot so I housed the whole thing myself). Will definitely be coming here often!

Have eaten here too many times to count and never got sick. The entire kitchen is dedicated as Gluten Free! They are also vegetarian and have Vegan options for everything. Super healthy and delicious without worrying about cross contamination.
