I would NOT recommend for Celiac Disease. The manager stated that their method to eliminate cross contamination was the “high temperature.” Didn’t even bother.

Came here because I saw amazing reviews and a big gluten free menu with many options. Went in and the worker behind the counter turned me away and said he didn’t recommend to Celiacs and could not guarantee since there was a lot of flour in the cooking area. I understand and not upset at the workers but I am still frustrated at the situation because all the other reviews said they were good about celiacs. Just be careful!

I read the reviews and decided to give this place a try- and it was probably one the BEST GF pizza’s I’ve had. I had the Elote Pizza, and the guy at the counter was super candid with me and asked how severe my reactions are (I’m celiac) and my reactions can be moderate to severe. There was no one in there at the time so the kitchen took their time to talk to me about their preparations and I was so impressed. Def go in to order, but great pizza. My friends got Pasta and Sandwiches and they all said it was super flavorful and packed with different ingredients.

I am celiac and have ordered gluten free pizza and gluten free pasta numerous times. I have never had any issues. I have spoken to the manager and the kitchen staff, they are very knowledgeable about cross contamination. I do recommend this restaurant.

I ate here because there were so many positive safety ratings. Not safe! I asked the guy making my pizza if they avoid cross-contamination in the oven by putting GF crust in a disposable/single-use aluminum pizza pan rather than the same pizza pans they use for regular pizzas and he ensured me they did. My pizza came out in the same pan they use for all pizzas. I ate it anyway assuming it had been cleaned well, nope. I got terribly sick. Do not recommend. Not to mention the outrageous price. It didn’t even taste good. Very disappointed.

Had the chicken parm with pasta and loved it! Lots of GF options. They completely understand celiac, cross-contamination, separate pans, etc.

5 stars! First, the GF menu is HUGE. Second, while they serve non-GF food, the cashier walked me through all of the steps they take to prevent cross contact in the kitchen. They were very familiar with celiac disease and answered all of my questions. I also did not have symptoms of being glutened after.
Some of the best cheese sticks I’ve ever had, GF and non-GF.
They also gave me a free slice of GF chocolate cake they were testing from their baker and it was amazing. I’m hoping they add it for the future.

Great place. Lots of gluten free options including chicken Parmesan and gluten free pizza crust in two sizes (10”, 14”). My husband and I got a pizza and chicken Parmesan to split and loved it. Staff was knowledgeable about GF and they have plenty of vegan options as well.
