How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

No real GF options; they said we could get a burger without a bun, but I know not everyone wants to take that risk. This whole food court (Terminal 7) is pretty devoid of gluten-free food. In the whole food court, I found one salad in a cooler plus a bag of beef jerky, and of course lots of chips, that one could cobble together for a meal.
