They assured me that they take lots of precautions to avoid cross-contamination, and they seemed to know what they were talking about. I had the charred cauliflower and a GF margarita pizza. I didn’t love the cauliflower, but the pizza was pretty good (nothing special, the same crust everyone uses, but fresh toppings). I didn’t have a reaction, so I would eat there again. It’s overall fairly expensive, though the pizza is a pretty standard price for GF in this area ($15.50).
