We showed up at 7:30 and we’re told they were closing (despite posted closing time of 9:00) but they’d make us something from a very limited selection. They encouraged us to just order Shabu shabu but had scant info on which inclusions were gluten free. The server said he really had no idea what in the restaurant was and wasn’t gluten free. I was a with a hungry, road-weary group so deferred to the fact that their website says almost everything in there is GF and notes the exceptions. I played it as safe as possible and got a bowl of pho, which was decent and did not cause any kind of reaction. Side note: they were almost completely out of alcohol, except Bud Light.

This place is my absolute favorite!! Great selection of GF for bowls, hot pot and pho! Delicious and super healthy.

I've been wanting to try pho and found this place thanks to Find Me GF. Nice atmosphere, good service. I got the chicken pho and it was delicious. Added vegetables, which cost an extra $3.00. Organic ingredients and they take GF seriously. I will definitely go back.

Love the organic non-gmo farm to table food that seems coming right from the earth. Chef Saifon is truly dedicated to serving fresh food to her customers. The organic hot pot with organic grass fed beef was fantastic; adding an egg to the broth made it really tasty and the spicy miso broth option was further icing on the cake. Speak to the server or Chef Saifon to ensure you are getting the gluten free pot, noodles and soy sauce. My daughter has celiac and we had a nice experience which we will return for.

I first entered the restaurant and saw at every station, there is gluten free soy sauce. They have 2 different types of gluten free noodles and wraps that are also gluten free.
