EXCEPTIONAL!!! My daughter was excited to visit on our way from Savannah home to Alabama. It was out of the way, but so worth it! I had the Aloha Fish Sandwich (on a gf bun of course) and sweet potato fries. It was so good that I was afraid to take the second bite! But had I been glutened, I would already have symptoms, and I don’t. The waitress wasn’t certain about a couple of items nor the sauce (I could not have the sweet chili sauce), but she checked to make sure my order was safe. Best bun I have had since diagnosis nearly 4 years ago. The service was also EXCEPTIONAL. We chose to eat in the full service dining area and didn’t realize until after placing our orders that they were closing in 9 minutes. The waitress assured us that we didn’t need to rush. Rather, they were apologetic when we left at 4:15 because they couldn’t refill our glasses for the third time. Three different employees stopped by to apologize. CFA always has good food and great service, but the Luau exceeded all expectations.

They said they would try to make the grilled nuggets gluten free. They suggested a bag of chips over choosing fries ( normally listed gf on website).
Bummer- The drive thru staff were clueless of gluten free options at this location. I’ve had great results and service at several locations in PTC and Newnan. Chick-fil-A is normally a safe go to place for GF. Both my daughter and I are celiac.... and big fans of the celiac friendly #6.
Usually have a great experience great / just not at this location .

Grilled nuggets and fries are gf! I’ve eaten here LOTS of times and never been sick.
Yes
Whoever marked this place as gf was clueless. They gave me the ole deer in the headlights expression when I asked for gf options. No clue!
Excellent experience! For celiacs, I would advise the citrus chicken, jasmine rice, and vegetables. I was skeptical that the vegetables had soy sauce, but they only use olive oil. Good atmosphere, but ok service. No GF menu was available, and none of the staff except for a random bus boy was knowledgeable of GF. Because it is chikfila and I have had positive celiac experiences with CFA, I trusted them and it worked out well.
Gluten free is not understood by staff. Verify before you eat.
