We LOVE eating here!!!! Can’t have the sides but the meat is totally safe. They will take precautions and change gloves, board, and knife for cross contamination. Absolutely the best. We eat here regularly

Waited in line about an hour before getting inside and seeing that cross contamination is a big thing here (eg they have burger buns placed on the same wooden countertops as meat when making BBQ sandwiches, workers handling gluten and meat together, etc). Spoke with the manager who said that they would do a glove change and clean the countertop if requested. If you are not very allergic to gluten, this might be fine… however in my case, I skipped out as even with the precautions, some cross contamination still seemed inevitable. Shame because they seem to have very good BBQ!

I called ahead to ask about the seasonings and sauces for the BBQ. I ended up speaking to the manager, who also has Celiac Disease, and she said to stay away from the obvious sides like the Mac & cheese, corn casserole, etc that contain gluten, but said everything else is safe. She also said to let the cashiers know when I ordered and to ask for a glove/equipment change and they would know what to do!
