I missed authentic Ukrainian food! The menu isn’t labeled but both times I went the staff understood a gluten allergy immediately in both languages, knew when wheat flour was used as a thickener. I recommend the borsch (although black bread was on the plate next to my bowl, not touching the soup) and the holubtsi as delicious gluten free options. It’s also worth going just for the infused spirits menu to have a flight of their unique flavors. (Kvass is a gluten alcoholic beverage, like beer, but everything else is safe!)
