GF items marked on menu. I told the server I had celiac and I heard him tell the kitchen. Ordered and omelet and had fresh fruit and GF toast. Didn’t have any problems

One year later review, had the opportunity to go back and still great food with good HF options. Lots of gluten free options and they asked if my order was a medical issue or a preference. I had an egg white omelet with chicken and fruit and it was great. Seating and service was a bit slow even though it was not crowded that day but the food and the art decorating the place made it worth the wait.
After looking at reviews, I was sure that this place would be accommodating for my boyfriend who has celiac disease. The server seemed to make note of this fact, however, she clearly did not. He ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese on gluten free toast. After eating our meal, my boyfriend was having hot flashes and throwing up a few hours later, typical when he consumes gluten.

Love T’s! Such a cute location and they handle food allergies well. They offer GF bread. I love the omelettes. The manager will come speak with you if it’s your first time there
Great food and great service. Was told that they toast on a separate toaster. The cinnamon apples are a great substitution for hash browns which we can not have. Will definitely return!

Staff very knowledgable and accommodating. Great atmosphere and delicious food. We go every summer multiple times
I was pleasantly surprised how gluten aware this restaurant is. They check labels often. They have udis gf bread and a separate toaster and they clearly understand the cross contamination issue. Their fries have a flour coating, so they offer substitutes... example warm cinnamon apples which were very good. My daughter is not gf and got a turkey club which she said was really good. I now have a good gf place to eat when I visit my daughter at URI.

Very aware of allergens and they go the extra mile to ensure your needs are met. Delicious, friendly, worth the wait to get a table.

I've eaten breakfast there several times recently. Manager came to my table to explain how they take precautions. I usually order scrambled eggs with udi's toast. Toast is made in separate GF toaster. Fresh fruit is also available, as well as good quality yogurt. I always feel completely safe eating there.
As noted in a previous review, my server took interest and care when I asked for GF bread. The mgr. then came over to describe the kitchen process to me. I was impressed by the details regarding the kitchen processes. Steam cleaning of grills and utensils, order handled separately, etc. I am not a celiac. Had no issues after dining at T's.
well I just hafe to say I disagree. With my gluten allergy T's was very catering to it. The server asked if I had a preference or an alergy when I asked for no toast, sent the manager over to talk to me about my allergy before putting my order to the kitchen. The manger told me they had gluten free bread and a gluten free toaster and that an allergy assinged cook would make my food. My food was served to me first by itself then another server served my family. I felt pampered, enjoyed my breakfast and can't wait to go back. They treat allergies with extreme care.
This restaurant is not very GF friendly at all. If you are extremely sensitive I would not suggest eating here.
