Tsaocaa Bubble tea

My daughter loves it here. Although Boba Tea should be naturally gluten-free, we have never been able to find a place that we feel safe at. The staff here was excellent and assured us that everything is gluten-free and dairy-free (with the exception of the obvious add-ins like cookies). We’ve gone there about five times so far and there have been zero issues.
