I have eaten here many times and have never gotten sick. They are very knowledgeable of what is and is not gluten free.

I called ahead to see how I should navigate eating safely here and they told me to let my waiter know and they would print off a menu of gf meats. I let them know and they told me they would warn me if they brought something over that was not gf. Unfortunately, I knew a couple they brought over were not gf ,and they didn’t tell me, which I knew because I was checking the menu on my phone each time they brought something over. They never printed off a gf menu. Finally, a new menu item that was not gf was brought over so I didn’t see it on the menu and I ended up eating it and reacting immediately. As I asked about if it was gf, they were unsure and never brought me an answer. So I looked it up and confirmed it was not gf. Unfortunate birthday dinner to say the least. I used to love Tucanos but I don’t trust it now

Never feel bad eating here. Was told which meats not to eat ( just 2) and buffet is marked. Delicious food!!
Yes
Everything is clearly marked. The only thing I worry about is the Brazilian cheese bread that is right next to the breaded (not gf) fried bananas. The tongs are right next to each other and get mixed up a lot. I wish they would keep them in separate areas :(
I don't know if the other reviews are just outdated and they've grown a lot in those years but I had a great experience here. we were traveling through and every taffy member from the entrance greeter to my waiter knew what was gluten free and what was not. AND most of it was gluten free. on the salad bar they have tons of signs telling you what is OK and what is not and you can tell they try to group things together so you don't have to get croutons in your potatoes ECT. ha a really great experience and would definitely go there again.
Yes
Staff is uneducated about GF options, but thankfully it does say what is GF on their menu. Only 3 meats have gluten in them in the all-you-can-eat. Salad bar is marked
Call & speak with manager prior to visit to verify. They change seasonings and not all staff understand GF. Haven't had a problem yet though.
This place is NOT gluten free. Their menu is outdated as far as gluten free options, I was furious because I had been careful to only eat what they had marked as gluten free. I was told by the manager that ALL of their meats have traces of wheat as a binding agent and that the menu was out of date. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen! I ate there and was sick!
Took my husband here for his 30th birthday this summer and WOW!!!! It was worth ever penny, we ate til we burst and then ate some more. The grilled pineapple and Brazilian rolls are to die for and I would go back for those alone! Two thumbs way up and it was great for me no worries about was GF or not because everything was labeled.
