Went here for breakfast/brunch… absolutely amazing food. Owner’s son has celiac and they’re super friendly. Would definitely recommend!!

This food truck was a great dinner experience for us! They have a dedicated GF fryer, and clearly marked menu that most items could be made GF. Our celiac enjoyed the Thighs and Fries (no bones and they cut it like chicken tenders for us). Since we asked for gluten free and regular meals they were clear when they handed us the containers which was which, but the containers weren’t marked otherwise.

They have so many options that can be made gluten-free! The food was great, and they took Celiac disease very seriously, due to personal experience. I'd definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely loved this place! The folks running it were super nice and mentioned having a family member with celiac, so they know the drill. Our food was amazing and it was honestly the best breakfast burrito I've ever had, even from before I was gluten-free! I felt very safe eating here and had no issues afterwards. Would love to go back if I'm ever in the area again!

Not only are they the NICEST people, Tuck & Roll makes some truly delicious gluten-free food in generous portions. They also don't play around with gluten sensitivity, as they themselves have Celiac. I can't recommend Tuck & Roll more highly.

Gluten Free, Celiac safe…. Waffles, waffle sandwiches, waffle fries. Breakfast and lunch sandwiches like chicken and waffles, burger on waffle, chicken parm on waffle, and sweet waffle treats. Excellent! Have had no issues! Service great! Flavored coffees.
