All the tamales and sides are gluten free. The items with flour tortillas are made in a separate area. They also have plenty of clearly marked dairy free items. I had the green chile chicken and red chile beef tamales with pinto beans and Spanish rice. Yummy and no reactions.

It was good even though I’m not a big tamale guy. BUT,,, the wife is Celiac and had a tamale or two and had ZERO side effects. Very happy! Not necessarily a GF facility but all of them are GF. Short of the Cole slaw I think all of them are.

The tamales are wonderful. They are all gluten free so are the sides. They have indoor as well as outdoor dining. They do make burritos with flour tortillas but the gluten free items are made in a separate area.

I asked if the beans and rice were also gluten free. Two of the employees weren’t sure and it took awhile for them to look it up and confirm that they were.

Since the employees didn’t have much knowledge on gluten free, I opted to purchase frozen tamales.

So yummy! Buy warm and eat in, or buy frozen. All tamales are GF with non GMO corn.

I’m shocked this hasn’t been listen on this site/app. All their tamales are GF. They have a variety of both vegan and vegetarian options. You can have them prepared for take out or dine in. Or even better bulk buy them frozen for prep at home. So easy to reheat either in the microwave or steamer.
