Seemed very confident in what was gf. Some appetizers, most of the curry, and the Tom Kha could be made gf. I got pineapple curry with chicken (great!) and Tom Kha (ok). I love the vibe and the staff was super cool

An absolute gem! The worker understood our need and patiently explained what foods on the menu were safe. Pretty much it’s curries and spring rolls. No dedicated frier. The food was fresh and tasted amazing, probably best curry we’ve ever had. So glad we found this truck seemingly in the middle of nowhere.

Great place to run out for lunch while visiting Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. The man working the truck advised my husband (celiac) to stick to the curries for the easiest and safest GF options. Everything was delicious and service was great.

The staff was knowledgeable. They were out of rice noodles when I went (15 min before closing) was able to get a curry dish and summer rolls- both were great!!
