Tuk Tuk Thai Fusion Restaurant

Delicious Thai food. They took my allergies seriously and spoke with the chef for a while to figure out what I could have. I am allergic to soy, peanuts, dairy too so those can be hard. I had the fresh spring rolls and an awesome curry dish. They made the curry special for me without vegetable oil (soy) or butter (their backup when people can’t use oil) and it was delicious. They were super sweet and helpful. She was familiar with gluten. I think if you’re only allergic to gluten and not soy, you’d have more options because they use vegetable oil (soy) for nearly everything.
