Our server did not know what Celiac Disease was. They also did not know how cross contamination worked. There is not a dedicated fryer, workspace or pans. Out server tried to make us feels better by saying each dish was prepared in its own clean pan. This is NOT safe for Celiacs. We paid for our drinks and left.
