Review of Tula Kitchen

Out of this world menu and some of the best service I’ve ever had. I felt so safe with both my gluten and corn allergies. My server was Krista and she’s been working there for 5 years. They make all the sauces from scratch. They’re so attentive and friendly. I got to eat fish cakes (salmon cake) for the first time in 5 years. I didn’t get even the slightest bit sick from anything. I also had the mussels, and the winter bowl with shrimp and subbed the tzatziki sauce. There was a misprint on the menu and Krista caught it, and showed me their whole allergen chart to be certain. When my dish came out, she looked at the dressing and told me she was going to get a new dressing from the kitchen herself, just to be 100% positive it was the right one (because the miso looks similar and has gluten). I will be going to Tula every time I’m in NY from now on. The food was phenomenal quality and the atmosphere was trendy and overwhelmingly just pleasant.
