I can't overstate how pleased we were with our experience here! This restaurant is the result of a man's beautiful passion for life–and subsequently cooking! The owner, Hendricks, is a brilliantly vibrant person and his cooking is a work of love. If you enjoy beautiful food prepared from the heart, you will likely frequent this spot, as finding something like this is a rare treasure indeed. It's a gift to have access to and my wife are I simply grateful for the privilege.

GLUTEN THOUGHTS:

The owner, Hendricks is incredibly well educated and experienced- a simple conversation will have him taking great care of you! In regards to gluten, he knows his ingredients well and on the whole purposefully of vears away from unnecessary uses. Double check of course, but he even uses cornstarch when frying sushi rolls!
