Turmerican Vegetarian Cuisine

Very interesting. You wouldn’t think by talking to the owner or looking at the place that it was ok. But my fiancé is a celiac and we took the chance. There is a sign outside saying gluten free. The menu has a lot of gluten free options. She has some crepe style food made with rice and lentils and did not get sick! This was a find. The only thing is just to be safe, talk it out with the owner and not the staff.

Always a fantastic lunch buffet, with gf items clearly labelled. Appetizers like idly and vada (savory lentil donuts) are gluten free, too! Nice to dip the vada in the marvelous paneer tikka sauce. I’ve eaten here several times now with my daughter (both of us are celiac) and have never had a problem. I highly recommend this place!

Delicious! Went for the lunch buffet with a friend. It was packed, lots of people, but found a table within 5 minutes or so. The dishes at the buffet are labeled gluten free and /or vegan. There are no meats but there were a couple dishes that were not vegan due to dairy. Overall most everything was gluten free and vegan. It was so tasty and filling and so nice to be able to eat a full meal!They close the restaurant between lunch and dinner, which I didn't know till after we left. We sat and chatted and noticed the restaurant had cleared out. We left a few minutes later but no one kicked us out or seemed inconvenienced. It wasn't till afterwards that I saw the hours and that they were closed. I thought that service was really kind. I would love to return!!There isn't a whole lot of seating, but seeing as there is no wait for the food at the buffet, people eat pretty quick. So the tables turned over pretty quickly from what I noticed.
