We were impressed by the care the staff took with our meal and explaining our options. They cautioned us against the fruit because it was stored next to bread items. They later said they cut fresh fruit in a separate location if we wanted it. They have Udi’s bread to substitute for sandwiches. The toast the bread separately instead of grilling. There were three salad options (two if dairy-free). Otherwise it’s somewhat limited. The potatoes HAVE gluten. Egg substitute is made from soy. Overall we had a nice quick lunch while shopping and enjoyed sitting by the fireplace.
