A cute locally-owned place and my favorite café and brunch/lunch place in Laramie. They have lots of gluten-free options, including sandwiches, bagels, desserts, and hot drinks, and everything is delicious! The GF bread is some of the best I’ve had. The GF desserts are locally made, kept in a separate area of the display case, and are wrapped to prevent contamination from the other desserts (and they taste great!). The staff are super friendly and willing to answer questions.

Staff is knowledgeable, most of the time! They’ll ask you if you have an allergy! I usually just say yes because it’s easier than telling them I have an autoimmune disorder. They’ll mark it and make sure it’s gluten free! A cute little for a coffee and a quick lunch. Right next to campus, too!

Good options, staff is very nice about trying to make items safe. The breakfast scrambler is a good option with lower risk of cross contamination.

This place is incredible. Everything tastes great! This difference between eating gluten-free and eating well gluten-free, especially when traveling. This place definitely counts as eating very well. Lots of sandwich options with gluten-free bread, gluten-free bagels, and even gluten-free pastries and dessert. I had a peach pound cake that was gluten free! Obsessed.

Love going to brunch here. Gluten free bread and they are knowlegable about sandwich ingredients. Also gluten free cookies and desserts. And great coffee!
