Tuscana Pizza & Pasta

We received a menu in the mail and decided to give them a try since they offer gluten free pizza and they delivered. I was pleasantly surprised with how good the pizza was.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

Cook did not know what gluten free meant. We overheard the waitress tell the cook "no, you can't cook it like that". Several hours later I was in pain and in and out of the bathroom even with a Gluten Aid pill.
