Ate at Tusk and Trotter with some friends while visiting Bentonville. I was a little worried at first because when I asked for the gluten free menu the hostess who sat us gave me a funny look, but stated to ask the server. The server ended up being super knowledgeable about what was gluten free or could be made gluten free, however the down side is the menu is not really marked at all with what options are available. I was pleasantly surprised there were quite a few things I was able to eat, and she did say the regular fries (not any of the flavored fries) are gluten free and fried in a dedicated fryer. Ended up being a great meal and they have some great cocktails as well, as well as some gluten free desserts.
