Don’t do it! I spoke to the waitress at length before ordering. She assured me it was celiac safe, confirming the gluten-free pasta would be cooked in separate water and advising me on the sauces with the least likelihood of cross contamination. She put my order in with an allergy note, too. Unfortunately, still got super sick almost immediately.
