Tutti Santi is our favorite restaurant when we visit Scottsdale, AZ! Family-owned Italian and absolutely delicious. They will make gluten-free bread from scratch if you give them a few days notice and always have gluten-free pasta. We've found them able to adjust most items on the menu to make them gluten-free. Top notch service and just the right amount of attention during your meal. I would definitely recommend making a reservation because it can get crowded and I wouldn't want to miss the opportunity to eat here. They have three different rooms available (including a bar area) and the noise level is always minimal.
