Review of Tween the Tides

This place has nothing marked on their menu. When we asked, the staff was super knowledgeable and said anything on their menu can be made gluten free. I opted for my first GF Bahn Mi and it was delicious. They took the order seriously and the owner reiterated to the staff to wipe the counters down, and to make sure there was no cross contamination. You can watch them make it as well. There is no indoor seating. The Bahn Mi was outstanding and I had no reaction. The bread was so good. I can’t wait to go back and try other foods. It’s “international street foods and some standard American eats”. They are heavy on the plant based options, for those who are vegan or vegetarian. They also offer pick up and delivery. Highly recommend.
