Extremely careless with food allergies (in this case gluten). Their staff is not trained to understand the impact of a mistake. In my experience, they tell you everything is fine but they don't actually check. The attitude was unbelievable. My waitress in particular didn't want to be bothered with my concerns. The manager apologized and listened but I didn't get the feeling that anything was going to change. Don't risk it if you have a food allergy.

GF listed all over the menu. Ordered lamb burger on GF roll. I specified it was for serious Celiac before and asked her to verify after I received it. It looked too good to be GF. She said it was. After I tasted I asked her to check again and she said sorry, they ran out of GF rolls. Careless and unacceptable behavior!
