Server was super rude and made it feel like it was a chore to check with the kitchen to ensure I was safe and cross contamination was avoided.

But, the food was good and I didn't feel ill afterwards.

I would recommend, but beware your server may have some tude.

This was probably my least favorite place I’ve had in the area. Yes they have a gluten free menu, but the food just wasn’t good at all. My wife and I were both sick afterwards, not from gluten but from the food just being terrible. Overall there are just better tasting options around that are better for the same price. Was severely disappointed after all of the good reviews.

I had found this place on the app and it was the perfect part of my drive to stop for dinner. They had a two page GF menu with lots of options. I had a burger which was okay and a cream of asparagus soup that was fantastic.

Staff was knowledgeable about the dangers of Celiac Disease and handling. Food was great!

Absolutely loved this restaurant! Flat bread was delicious, service was outstanding. Totally enjoyable evening.

lots of options and always delicious. ive gone a couple of times and have never had an attack so far. always make sure you ask about their kitchen rules before you go and specify that you are celiac/gfree. they take special precautions

went during happy hour times and got a wonderful deal on GF flatbreads. My husband ordered the butternut squash/bacon/gorgonozola; I ordered BBQ chicken, and we split them. Both were fabulous and we got them for HH price which was a HUGE discount. has an extensive GF menu. Both flatbreads came out with a GF flag inserted on them. Crust was chewy and cooked great. If I'm in Spokane Valley again, I would definitely come again.

Extensive GF menu, and everything I've had so far has been exceptionally tasty. I just had the butternut squash flatbread and it's delicious! There are so many options including GF sandwiches, pizza, and bread, it feels like I'm not celiac when I eat there. Also, I eat there all the time and have never had a bad reaction. I heart Twigs.

Fantastic gluten free menu with plenty of selections. Crab Mac and cheese is everything it is touted as.... Yumm! Had the beef appetizer with a jalapeño chipotle blue cheese sauce and it was AWESOME! Staff was friendly and food arrived quickly. Definitely will dine here again next trip to the valley!

We’ve eaten here a few times and it’s always delicious! The Northside location has a beautiful outside patio with a pond full of beautiful fish.

Staff are well versed on gf and seem to have a very safe protocol set up. No issues as a very sensitive celiac.
